Be afraid...be very afraid...

What's a Mum to do on Halloween?

Well....make a spell book for starters...

...persuade your little sorceress to add some suitable spells....

...and then get busy with the face paints :-)

(recognise the cape Gina?)

One 'Ghost Pirate Captain' and one 'Sorceress' - then send them over the road to a friend's party.....

....result = one quiet and relaxing evening ;-)

xxxx

p.s. peace and quiet broken at 7.30pm by chocolate fuelled naughty children arriving home....and an idiot Moog going bonkers at the fireworks cracking off outside!

p.p.s. peace and quiet also broken by numerous other scary children in search of 'treats'!!

p.p.p.s. Moog now knackered as she's had a very busy evening of stressed out barmy dog woofage...oh how I love this time of year ;-)

Fantastic costumery! You've reminded me of the year my mother made me a one-piece cat costume of white flannel with black spots, complete with ears and tail of course. It's the only real "costume" I recall...good times :)

Oh, they look fantastic! What a master of the face paints you are. Not to mention spell books and other costume magic.

Blimey ... did you work as a costume mistress in a previous life? Those are very professional outfits/faces/accessories!

Hope Moog gets through the 5th November nonsense ok.

Top mummy points to you!! They look great. Twiglet is still too young to know what this Halloween malarkey is all about. However top Twiggy tip, don't give 3 year olds, cupcakes with orange icing just before bedtime, according to Mr Twigs it turns them into demons :)
