Seven days of Specialness

What could be better on a grey and dismal February morning than to open a parcel and see a whole week of goodies nestling in there?

I just know this is going to be a good week - especially if Day 1's gorgeous treats are anything to go by.

Look at that beautiful crochet trim made by my lovely swap partner Dragonfly. The beautiful fabric and trim are already turning themselves into a very pretty cushion inside my head!

Hopefully by Friday afternoon, they'll become a reality, as I now have plans for my day off!

This really is going to be a very special week.

I knew I should have signed up for it! That looks like some super loveliness there Missus. Perhaps you could wear the crochet braid as a hat on Saturday? Shame it isn't green!

Oooh, never saw this swap. Mind you, swaps make me panic, I always think I'm inferior to everyone else. Probably am!

What a gorgeous parcel - but you knew it would be, coming from that person. x

It is so exciting seeing everyones' swap parcels. They tried to deliver mine while I was at work today and so now I've got to wait until I can pick it up... the suspense!!!

I'm so glad you liked it! There is enough trim for a 40cm cushion (great minds think a like!)
I love my Day2 fabrics - thank you!

She crocheted the trim for you? That is amazing. And beautiful. And heartwarming.

This swap is so much fun, isn't it? Lovely goodies, and I love how she has tied up the packages with string and a little button
