Easter cupcakes by Minx. Bunnies from this book. Freya doll from this pattern by Melly & Me. Zlot Spot from Planet Phzot from Monster's imagination. Hot Cross Buns from Tesco! The naughty ones in jimjams and wellies about to hunt for eggs at 8am on Easter Sunday!!!(having been awake since 6.30am -aaaagh!).
Today we went to Exbury Gardens near Beaulieu in the New Forest. This is one of our favourite local days out. It is especially lovely in spring and early summer and is renowned for its azaleas and rhododendrons.
A pretty garden girl. The Exbury Railway - including scary spider sculpture. Easter things to spot. Knitted mice from the same book. A slightly mad cat from the brain of Moogsmum!
The beautiful daffodil meadow overlooking the picturesque Beaulieu River deserves a big picture of its own.

Going now to eat more chocolate!

So nice to see your lovely photos. The rhododendrons and azaleas remind me of living in Oregon where they abound this time of year. The rhododendron gardens are in full bloom right now.

Seems like you had a great Easter. I tried to comment over the weekend, but blogger kept freezing up, on your blog? I must say I am very impressed with your picture collages, it's a great way of getting all those photos onto your blog at the same time. We don't live a million miles from Exbury, but haven't ever been, you have given me a free guided tour, which is nice. x
