Things that make me go mmmmm...

.....finishing the latest socks in my favourite yarn...

......topping up the sockyarn stash (from here)

....and discovering a new (to me) yarn shop on my way home from work....

.....fun baking with the littlies...complete with lurid lemon flavoured icing.....

....spending time brightening up the garden....

....noticing promising signs among my veg plants....

....a much improved view outside my kitchen door....

....and finally - and best of all - sewing has happened....

....fulfilling a longstanding promise to the lady who runs our Stampin' Up parties.....

....to make her a tool-pouch using one of her (or rather my - 'cos I couldn't resist buying it!) gorgeous stamps for a stitchery......

....it's almost like getting back to normal....

....mmmm.....

I recognize that pin cushion :o)

Great set of pictures...looks like you are getting your mojo back and enjoying sewing and your garden. I've just noticed flowers on my tomato plant too..I just hope we get some more warm weather to help them along.

You have been busy and it all looks wonderful. My favourite is the tool pouch, so cute. Long may the craftyness continue.

Ooooh oooh ooooooooh! Love, love LOVE that stitchery and stamp! Want one NOW! (that green monster attacks again!)

And all your sockage is fab too and your woolly purchases! And I'm seriously impressed that you managed to find knitpro needles - I want a set of them for my sock knitting!

Yay for things that make you go mmmmmmmm (except for you getting that stoopid song in my head!)

Welcome back! Beautiful socks and yarn, how dangerous to discover a wool shop so close to you! Careful on pay day! My neighbour is a stampin' up rep here in Canada, and I have been sucked in to buying stuff that I don't really need but some of their stamps make wonderful embroidery patterns, yours looks fantastic!

What a lovely little stitchy street you've made. Gorgeous. I think a lady called Floss lives there.

Glad you're emerging to have a little crafty fun Mrs L

I must knit my self some socks. We don't see wool in hanks(is that what they are called)much here. Do you wind it into a ball before knitting? Love the colours. What a great idea to use the stamp as a stitchery.
