I love banana bread!! My aunt keeps promising to give me her recipe but for some reason, never gets round to it!!! Might have to try this if I ever get the baking urge back!

The lemon cookies sound wonderful. Maybe I could give them a go with the 2 withered up lemons lurking on my fruit dish.
